Here it is – the final edition of “Body After Baby”!
Just remember – I started here in July.
But this one is the most telling for me – mostly because I can’t blame it on my post-pregnancy belly.
Now here I am, ten months later! I feel fit…
I am amazed at the inches I have lost. I attribute that mostly to running (since that is my primary form of exercise) but also the six week boot camp class I took. There is no denying the effect of squats and lunges on the body!
I’ve finally reached a place where I’m not worrying about losing weight – even though I’m technically still 2-3 pounds above my pre-pregnancy weight. I’m not spending as much time on that scale as I used to. Now it’s all about getting stronger, getting healthier and getting faster. I know if I focus on those things, I’ll be in the best shape of my life!
