Back by popular demand – the bathroom baby bump photos!
I think I’m 17 weeks pregnant – but I might be closer to 19. We should know for sure at our next ultrasound (I measured behind my original due date at my last one, hence the later due date) so until I hear differently from a doctor, we are going with the 17 weeks.
My “bump” has definitely popped over the past week or so, although I haven’t fit in non-maternity pants for a while. I’m at that “awkward in-between” stage – most of my regular clothes are too small, but most of my maternity clothes are way too big. To fill the gaps, my mom has been finding me some cute clothes at Goodwill and I decided to make a stop there myself today.
I loved this maternity top. It’s a little big, but I know from experience that I’ll grow into it. I just couldn’t pass it up!
I also found this (non-maternity) dress.
I knew I would love it as soon as I saw it on the rack. It’s that perfect “in between” dress – could be fancy or casual. Oh and it’s great for the “in-between” phase of pregnancy – and I’m hoping post-partum too!
Not a bad shopping trip for a whopping $10.
So there you have it…my first update for Mini Athlete 2.0. Although we really need to come up with a name for this little one on the blog. Any suggestions?

As a newly pregnant lady who isn’t super happy with her current job, I’d love love love to read a post about your thought process in deciding to apply for and start a big important new job while newly pregnant (and whether you told them when you applied that you were expecting).
