I think I’m actually closer to 20 weeks than 19 weeks, but close enough, right?
I kept waiting to take a photo because apparently I was into wearing “flowy” shirts this week instead of tighter ones that show the bump better. Today’s outfit still probably qualified more on the “flowy” side but it’s better than nothing.
Hello baby bump!
A little better defined this way…
Is it just me or am I sporting a farmer’s tan on my shoulder? I hadn’t noticed until these photos…
Overall, I’m feeling pretty good! We met our new OB on Monday and loved her. I think she is going to be a great fit for us. I asked her about my dizzy spells in the morning and she pointed out that I should probably be eating something as soon as I wake up. Glad I asked – eating a banana as soon as I wake up has really helped in that department!
I’ve realized that I also have to keep eating at frequent intervals throughout the day to avoid getting lightheaded. This has been my mid-morning snack of choice:
A cup of plain Chobani topped with a crumbled up Nature Valley granola bar. Is it just me or do those granola bars always end up as crumbs anyway???
Oh and just for the record, the Mini Athlete woke up extra early this morning to make sure I could get my walk in with him before work. Thanks sweetheart.
We enjoyed a beautiful 35 minute walk and I still got to work plenty early. I think I have found my new morning routine!
Do you tend to eat three big meals or several smaller meals throughout the day?

I eat three big meals because my kid is like a hyena about me eating and I only have a limited amount of patience every day. I’m sure I’d feel better if I snacked or something, but whenever I think “Hey self, do you want to do battle with a greedy toddler for a freaking bowl of cherries?” the answer is always “Nope, I’d rather keep sitting here on my butt in peace”.
If I still worked, I’d snack. Office jobs are friendly for that because people generally don’t take food out of your mouth as you try to eat.
Break the granola bar in half before you open it! less granola crumbs!
That looks like an excellent snack.
Oh my goodness! You’re pregnant! Congrats!!!! I am the worst blogger ever….I’m never on here anymore. But tonight I felt like checking in to see what people are up to, and there you are…sporting a super cute pregnant belly! Congrats!!!!
These photos are gorgeous! It looks like you’re doing well
I’m a grazer – and I’m not pregnant. I imagine I’ll be eating all day when the time comes.
I love granola in a Chobani! I like the cinnamon apple one, with the granola it tastes like apple pie!
I eat 3 meals and a bunch of snacks. Sometimes I feel like I am always eating.
super cute pictures!! I love the flowy shirts. I like to wear shirts like that and I am not even pregnant.
YES! Those bars used to be my breakfast every single day. And I used to end up wearing most of it. I agree with the idea above about crumbling it in the package and then pouring it into the yogurt. I love plain Chobani with bananas and cinnamon!
In the past, I would eat 3 meals throughout the day. However, I have noticed lately that I am getting hungry in between meals and wanting to snack in the afternoons. Now, I am eating smaller meals every 2-3 hours.
Hi new reader here!!! I’m pregnant and a runner too!!! Nice meeting you. I adde you to my blog roll! Looking forward to following along!!!
Welcome!! I’m glad you found me!
I find I just eat all the time. Breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner, snack x2 sometimes! Somedays I feel like I can’t get enough food in me. Only 18 weeks pregnant.
I love these photos!
I miss seeing you with each week (and that) you are growing that beautiful miracle girl! xx
